SURFE²R™ Workstation 50 is a fully automated system designed for applications in basic research and assay development. With its four, single-sensor positions and six multi-purpose buffer positions, Workstation 50 bridges the gap between Workstation 5 and the 96-sensor, plate-based systems.
Superior performance
This cell-free system is based on IonGate’s proprietary biosensor technology that enables direct measurement of transporter activity free of molecular labels, resulting in efficiency levels far superior to the standard patch clamp approach. It combines the benefits of biosensor technology with the flexibility and convenience of an automated liquid handling system. Workstation 50 provides four-sensor positions for a single sensor and six multi-purpose buffer positions.
