Customer-specific assay development for electrogenic
membrane proteins
IonGate provides a comprehensive set of services, wherein assay optimization and the adaptation of existing assays to the respective targets are included, as well as complete assay development. Projects are planned and carried out individually.
Commencing with sequence information and a biological sample, i.e. cDNA, proteins or cell lines, an inter-disciplinary team of scientists develops customized assays for electrogenic transporter proteins, based on SURFE²R™ Technology.
All molecular biology and cell-culture techniques necessary for the aforementioned studies are carried out by a team of highly skilled scientists and technicians. State-of-the-art laboratory equipment as well as standard techniques, such as fluorescence measurements or conventional electrophysiology, is also available for support of assay development and evaluation.
All projects are carried out in close consultation with the respective project partner.
