Application of SURFE²R technology for examination of the effect of compounds on the activity of transporters
At present, IonGate offers SURFE²R-based, in-house services for secondary screening and compound profiling. Investigation of the effects of compounds on selected targets, including rank order and IC50 determination is provided. Reversibility of compound action can easily be tested.
To date, more than 40 transporters can be investigated with SURFE2R™ Technology covering, amongst others, the relevant drug targets of key indication areas, such as heart and circulation diseases, cancer, CNS- and metabolism-related disorders. The following assays are routinely available:
